These terms apply to this website and to requests made to SIS Custom Creations or FRESH Apparel & Design. Transaction-specific quotes, invoices, proofs, listings, or checkout terms may add to these terms. If they conflict, the terms provided for that specific transaction control.

Requests, quotes, and orders

Submitting a website form is a request for information or a quote; it is not an accepted booking or order. A booking or order is confirmed only after we accept it and any required payment or deposit is received. Pricing, availability, production time, taxes, delivery, and event details are confirmed in the quote, invoice, listing, or checkout.

Custom work and approvals

Please review names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and artwork carefully. When we provide a proof, approval authorizes production. Changes requested after approval or after production begins may require additional time and cost. Handmade and custom items may have small variations, and screen colors may not exactly match a finished product.

Your artwork and content

By submitting a logo, image, phrase, photograph, or design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it for your order. You give us permission to use that material only as needed to quote, produce, and deliver your request. We may decline content that is unlawful, hateful, unsafe, or appears to violate another person’s rights.

Events and parties

A deposit is required to reserve an event date and is non-refundable because preparation begins before the event, including calendar reservation, custom materials, supplies, and setup planning. Rescheduling may be considered at our discretion and is subject to availability. The host is responsible for providing an agreed, suitable location and appropriate adult supervision. Participants must follow safety instructions.

Shipping and fulfillment

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. We will communicate material delays and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law. Risk of loss and carrier claims will be handled according to the shipping method and transaction platform.

Third-party stores and services

Purchases completed through Shopify, Etsy, or another third-party service are also governed by that service’s terms and the policy shown on the applicable product listing or checkout.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiries. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, or copy our original site content or branding for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimers and responsibility

We work to keep site information accurate, but availability, descriptions, and pricing may change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them as the business changes; the date above shows the latest revision.
